Gyro – Stabilized Suspension Systems for Radar Antennas of Helicopter & UAV

Karat develops and manufactures gyro – stabilized suspension systems (GSS) for radar antennas of helicopter and UAV.

These suspension systems control and stabilize antennas. Up to date the two and three axle GSS have been developed for various scale antennas. GSS stabilizes antenna systems and protects them from external impacts (shocks, vibrations, etc.) that, in its turn, significantly increases operational accuracy of radar systems.

  • Antenna position control in automatic target tracking mode.
  • Antenna gyro – stabilization in inert coordinate system with no control signals.
  • Determination and output of data on antenna angular position relative to the base coordinate system to the radar data system.
