In operation, VKN – 06 does not require electric power supply. VKN – 06 is built using modern technologies with fiber – optic transmission of video image information.

  • VKN – 06 design makes it possible to fold the lower sight portion in travelling position under the cabin roof, which exceeds operational space in the cabin.
  • The spatial observation device is provided with two optical channels by means of operator ’s eyes, i. e. binocular observation.
  • VKN – 06 periscope line – of – sight height is variable, which makes it possible to mount it on any class of ships.
  • VKN – 06 does not require ship – borne electric power supply.
  • The lower portion of VKN – 06 is air – tight relative to the upper portion, so humidity and pressure in the cabin.
